Not so long ago I ended up meeting Sheila, a fashion blogger in Victoria, at an Art Show opening. She stood out in the crowd as she was extremely well dressed and put together in a creative and individual fashion. Of course this attracted my attention! We had a lively and inspired conversation that night so the next day I had to check out her blog, which documents her daily outfits. She tells a story about the items she is wearing, like where she bought the clothing and accessories and the prices that she found them for. I was hooked. What a pleasure it was to meet a like minded creative spirit.

You can then imagine how delighted I was when she mentioned a good friend of hers was getting married and that she needed a hat! We met for coffee and discussed some basic ideas and then I just got down to work on the project. I ended up making two hats in order to give her a choice and in the end she bought both! Yeah!

Here are the results. Make sure you check out her blog: Ephemera
